ABS&ASS

Classroom coaches:
This class is focused on building a beautiful silhouette, strong ABS, and a firm ASS. In general, we intensively work on toning the buttocks, abs, and legs to flaunt at the beach.
EBSH HARDCORE
The toughest class in our sports hub. Our personal league of supermen. Here, the most intricate movement sequences and a variety of weights – barbells, ropes, tires, sandbags, kettlebells – are used to make you more enduring, stronger, faster, and more 'hardcore' with each session. An ideal class for those who love it a bit rougher.
